Never Better Baby played a debut show at O'Brien's Pub in Allston. Sharing the bill were comrades Lake Saint Daniel Mark Twang, and Blush Cameron. (Amy Hoffman of Never Better Baby, and Daniel Radin of Lake Saint Daniel are often better known in the Boston music scene as the frontmen of sad-popsters Future Teens.)
